Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
- 2.Pack Your Frames
Securely place the eyewear in its original hard case and packaging, ensuring all accessories like microfiber cloths and authenticity cards are included.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location at your convenience.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange frames within 3 to 5 business days.
